Request for Repair Assistance

Please make sure to submit the form with all requested information to ensure timely review and follow-up.

Currently, all approved applicants will be placed on a waitlist for repairs.

Before getting started, please note the following:

  • Once application is submitted, please allow 1-2 weeks to hear from our team.

  • Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for review and approvals, once application is complete. This is NOT an emergency repair service.

  • Vehicle Title and bank statements must be in the applicants name or your repair application WILL NOT be accepted.

  • We provide repairs through our Partner Shops; shops that are local and want to work with Drive Grace. All applicants work with Drive Grace directly for repairs, not the shop providing service.

  • Only 1 repair will be granted for an individual applicant in a lifetime unless otherwise stated previously.

We are NOT designed to do the following:

  • Provide long term repair services for your vehicle.

  • Provide repairs considered cosmetic in nature.

  • Provide loaner vehicles.

  • Provide reimbursement for repairs or services completed outside of Drive Grace.
